What We Provide

Every seafarer visiting Sydney is welcome to visit our Ministry Centre. Situated in Hickson Road, The Mission is situated in the heart of the city, close to the famous ‘Rocks’ area of Sydney. The Harbour Bridge and Opera House are within easy walking distance. To enable seafarers to visit the City, we provide free, regular shuttle bus services between the Port Botany terminals and our Ministry Centre.

 

This service is available to seafarers on every day of the year, except for Christmas Day. When seafarers arrive at our Centre, they are warmly welcomed and are invited to make full use of our facilities. These include best rate money exchange and transfers, the cheapest phone-cards for the home countries of most seafarers and a host of free services such as high-speed internet and WiFi, Apple TV, as well as free activities such as pool, table tennis, and table soccer.
